Brilliant job! Exactly what was asked for, the team worked hard all day, cleaned up after themselves and were really pleasant people to have around. We will be having the team back to help keep on top of the garden, highly recommended, professional and thorough operation.

Excellent work from a great team of guys. They performed surgery on my willow, fruit and evergreen trees (mostly having to work in the rain). They really know what they are doing, gave good advice and kept me updated with what they were doing. They also did a great job tidying up after each day and when they had completed the work. Thank you everyone at Macclesfield Tree Surgeons!

I'd highly recommended this local business; Alex and team carried out a job removing some overgrown conifers in our front and back garden. Really happy with a great service from quote through to completion, and well priced against other competitors.

Totally agree with all these fantastic reviews! I'd tried to get quotes from several other businesses for removal of some stumps but this was the only one who got back to me - on the same day as well! A very reasonable price and brilliant, professional service. Stumps removed with no hassle and we were so happy with the results. Would definitely use again as it's so hard to find reliable and trustworthy people. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic service! Very rare to find a person who provides a prompt quote, great price, friendly and efficient service. I have used Macclesfield Tree Surgeons twice now in the past six months and have been very impressed, would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Macclesfield Tree Surgeons removed a row of Leylandi that was a bit of an eyesore in our garden. Alex turned up on time to quote and offered loads of excellent advice on what was in the garden and what could go in. The quote was very competitive and work was arranged at a convenient time within a couple of days. The team who did the work were also excellent. They arrived on time and made short work of the job and used a grinder on the stumps. They tidied up well, were polite, friendly and efficient. Josh provided more advice and the younger lad was incredibly polite (pleases, thank yous and even called me sir!) All in all, I couldn't be happier with them. They are strongly recommended!

Had a tree stump removed from the garden. Really pleased with the job done but more than that I was just really happy with the service. Alex and Josh were really pleasant, polite and helpful. Alex has exceptional knowledge about plants and trees and we talked for a while afterwards about the plants in my garden and how I can get the best out of them. I'd highly recommend.

The team at stump up delivered excellent results at affordable prices, tackling trees and ground clearance with an additional excellent understanding of all aspects of garden maintainace. Alexander’s knowledge of garden species comes across when deciding which trees to keep and how to shape them to create our future results. Alexander and his team felled a fully grown Ash tree for us that had become dangerous due to the trunk having partially rotted. All work was carried out professionally and with as little disruption as possible. Alexander is clearly very knowledgeable in his field and ensured we understood how the work would be completed before anything went ahead. We will have no hesitation with having Macclesfield Tree Surgeons carry out further work for us in the future. Highly recommended.

Alex and his team were professional courteous and tidy. We had three large Silver Birches which blocked out sunlight in our garden and he had them down in a day, The cleaned up so well that the drive was tidier than before they arrived. Highly recommend his company to anyone looking for a Tree Surgeon.

I had a Douglas fir that needed removing. Alex and his team arrived on the day I called and, despite appalling weather, took down the tree, ground out the stump and cleaned up afterwards. This might seem strange but I thought I’d leave a review for the new company I work for; stump up ltd. I’m a trainee Aborist, Josh Walmsley. I have never worked for such a professional company. First thing I was handed safety equipment and carried out full health and safety training. The guys are really welcoming and I’m proud to be stump up tree man!

Alex and the team provided an excellent service from start to finish. They were efficient at each stage of the process - from arranging the date and time for the work to tidying up at the end of the job. They did a great job of removing 2 large trees (which involved climbing high using all the necessary safety equipment) and stumps from our garden and were even kind enough to saw some of the wood for our log burner! We would highly recommend them.
